Its main technical features are: 6.4Adopt fungus roll punch The main technical features of the fungus roll piercing machine are as follows: Difficult deformable capillaries such as thin-walled and high alloy steel can be pierced: The rolls of bacterial piercing mill are conical, and the diameter of rolls increases gradually from the inlet to the outlet, which is consistent with the increase of metal flow speed during piercing, thus reducing the circumferential shear force acting on the billet, and is conducive to reducing the internal and external surface defects. High alloy steel and thin capillary can be pierced to provide high quality capillary for tube rolling mill. At the same time, it can also change the piercing, the extension distribution between the two processes of pipe rolling, and increase the elongation of piercing mill, which creates favorable conditions for configuring less stand continuous pipe rolling mill. Continuous casting round billet can be used as billet piercing: because of the role of conical work roll and its rolling angle and guide plate, the deformation and kinematics conditions of metal are changed, and the effect of rotary forging in the process of metal deformation is restrained. Therefore, the continuous casting round billet can be used to penetrate the capillary with less internal defects, good surface quality, high concentricity and uniformity of wall thickness, and the deviation of wall thickness of capillary is ±3-5%. High piercing efficiency: Bacterial roll piercing machine has high piercing speed, short piercing period and high output. It is suitable for use with continuous mill and Azel mill. It can achieve large extension and large diameter enlargement perforation: the elongation coefficient can be more than 4, and the diameter enlargement can be up to 30%, which is conducive to reducing billet specifications and expanding product specifications.
